The company behind the catalogue
A vape hardware manufacturer that also answers the awkward questions
Last updated By Edward, Export sales
Hong Kong Hongshida International Co., Limited has been building vaping hardware for 10 years: research, industrial design, tooling, injection moulding, filling, assembly and export under one roof, from Shanghai. The catalogue is 33 models, not three hundred — a deliberately short range, so that the coil, the cell and the QC routine are the same on every line and a batch record means something six months later.
What we actually do
We are a contract manufacturer. Brand owners and distributors bring a market, a price point and a brand; we bring the device, the flavour library and the production record. OEM puts a customer's name on a model we already make. ODM changes the hardware itself — shell, mouthpiece, airflow path, coil resistance — and carries a mould and a first-article sign-off with it.
The work that decides whether a shipment is worth repeating happens before assembly: air-tightness of the tank, draw resistance of the coil, voltage of the cell, and a leak test on every unit. Those four checks are the ones that come back as complaints if they are skipped, and they are the ones our in-line QC is built around — not the cosmetic inspection that photographs well.
We also spend an unreasonable share of the week on paperwork, because that is where first-time importers lose money: a warning panel in the wrong language, a 2 mL device filled to 2.4 mL, a UN38.3 report that covers a different cell. The compliance page lists exactly what ships with an order and what stays with the brand owner.
Capability, stated as capacity rather than adjectives
A factory page that says "advanced equipment" tells a buyer nothing. These are the things that can be checked, quoted and scheduled.
| Capability | What it means for your order |
|---|---|
| In-house tooling | Shell and mouthpiece moulds cut in-house, so an ODM change is 6–10 weeks rather than a season |
| Injection moulding | Colourway changes on the same mould, minimum 3,000 units for a printed body |
| Filling line | Nicotine strength and flavour set per order; 20 mg/mL stock, any legal strength to specification |
| Assembly and QC | Air-tightness, draw resistance, cell voltage, leak test, batch record kept against your SKU |
| Flavour development | Three iterations in about three weeks; approved profiles exclusive to you for twelve months |
| Export documentation | CE, RoHS, REACH, MSDS, UN38.3 and a container loading plan issued with the shipment |
Where the devices go
The range is short because the markets are not: a 2 mL device for the UK and EU, 20 mL devices for the Gulf and Latin America, and a nicotine-free SKU for channels with no nicotine listing at all.
Europe and the UK
The 2 mL line: Stratovape-085 and Stratovape-001, filled at 20 mg/mL, with the warning panel set per country and TPD emissions data on request.
Gulf, Africa, Southeast Asia
Mid and high-capacity disposables where there is no 2 mL cap: Stratovape-019 through Stratovape-086, bought on cost per thousand puffs.
Latin America and duty-free
Screen devices and multi-tank formats as a premium tier, and the nicotine-free inhaler where a vape cannot be listed.
Who writes and signs off the technical pages
Every specification table on this site is checked against the production record by the person below before it is published. If a figure on a page disagrees with your quotation, the quotation is right and the page gets corrected.

What this page does not claim. We do not publish employee counts, factory floor area or revenue, because the catalogue does not state them and a number invented for a website is worse than no number. If your procurement process needs those figures, ask and we will send the business licence and a factory audit pack instead.
